Sir Clutha Nantes Mackenzie was a New Zealand public figure who dedicated his life to public service and advocacy. Born in 1895, he became particularly well-known for his extensive work supporting and improving conditions for the blind.\n\nIn addition to his advocacy efforts, Mackenzie briefly entered the political arena. He served as a Member of Parliament in New Zealand, representing the Reform Party. He passed away in 1966.
