William Pinkney Maulsby was an American lawyer, politician, and jurist from Maryland. Born in 1815, Maulsby dedicated his professional life to public service and the law within his home state. He served as a member of the Maryland Senate from 1838 to 1843, participating in the state's legislative processes during a formative period. Later in his career, he transitioned to the judiciary, serving as a justice of the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1870 to 1871. Maulsby passed away in 1894, leaving behind a legacy of legislative and judicial service to Maryland.
