George Barr McCutcheon (1866–1928) was an American novelist and playwright. He is best remembered for creating the fictional Eastern European country of Graustark, which served as the setting for a popular series of his novels.

In addition to his Graustark series, McCutcheon authored the novel Brewster's Millions. This work achieved lasting popularity and was subsequently adapted into a stage play and several film versions.
