Jane McKechnie Walton (1846–1891) was a Scottish-born pioneer who played a role in the nineteenth-century settlement of the American West. Born in Scotland, she later immigrated to the United States and became associated with the Mormon pioneer movement, participating in the migration to the Utah Territory.
Throughout her life, Walton contributed to the establishment of various communities in the region. Her efforts helped shape the early development of several Utah towns, marking her as a notable figure in the history of Western pioneer settlement.
