Ernesto Celestino "Tito" Bessone II is a prominent Argentine racing driver and motorsport figure born on April 3, 1958, in Buenos Aires. Over a career spanning several decades, Bessone established himself as one of Argentina's most versatile and successful competitors in touring car racing, securing multiple national titles across different competitive categories.
Bessone's championship legacy began in earnest in 1996 when he claimed the TC 2000 championship. His most successful campaign occurred in 2003, during which he captured both the prestigious Turismo Carretera title and the Turismo Nacional Clase 3 championship. He followed these achievements with a Top Race championship victory in 2004, cementing his status as a premier competitor in Argentine motorsport.
In addition to his active driving career, Bessone transitioned into team management and ownership. He established the Bratton Tito Bessone Team, a touring car outfit that primarily competes in the TCR South America championship.
