Oliver, is an agriculturalist and academic administrator who serves as the chancellor of Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHUATS). Located in Allahabad, SHUATS operates as a government-aided private minority university established under section 2 (f) of the University Grants Commission Act of 1956.
