Elias Owen (1833–1899) was a Welsh cleric and antiquarian who lived and worked during the nineteenth century. He is one of several notable historical figures bearing the name, distinguishing himself from contemporaries such as the Welsh amateur footballer Elias Owen (1863–1888) and the United States Navy officer Elias K. Owen (1834–1877).
In his capacity as a priest and antiquarian, Owen dedicated his intellectual pursuits to the study of history and antiquities. His clerical background and scholarly interests position him as a contributor to the preservation of Welsh heritage during the Victorian period.
