Joseph Jones "J.J." Pearce was an American educational administrator who served as the superintendent of the Richardson Independent School District (RISD) in Texas. His tenure in this leadership role spanned over three decades, lasting from 1946 to 1977.
Pearce's contributions to the school district were honored with the naming of J. J. Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas. The school, which serves students in grades 9 through 12, remains one of the four high schools operating within the Richardson Independent School District.
