Vicki Phillips is an American education consultant and administrator who has dedicated her career to systemic reform and leadership within the educational sector. Born around 1958, she has held several high-profile positions, including serving as the executive vice president and chief education officer of National Geographic, and as the director of education for the College Ready program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
In the public sector, Phillips served as the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She also made history as the first woman to hold the position of superintendent of the School District of Lancaster in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
