William Mark Price, born on February 15, 1964, is an American former professional basketball player and coach. Over a twelve-season career in the National Basketball Association (NBA) spanning from 1986 to 1998, Price established himself as a standout competitor. He spent the majority of his playing career with the Cleveland Cavaliers, becoming a central figure for the franchise before concluding his playing years with single-season stints for the Washington Bullets, Golden State Warriors, and Orlando Magic.
Throughout his athletic career, Price achieved significant professional recognition, earning honors as a four-time NBA All-Star and a four-time All-NBA Team member. Numerous peers and sports analysts have regarded him as one of the greatest and most underrated offensive players in the history of the game.
