Florence Mabel Quiller-Couch was an English editor, compiler, and children's author active during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Born on June 17, 1865, she dedicated her career to creating and curating literature for young readers.
As an editor and compiler, Quiller-Couch selected and organized works for publication, contributing to the market for children's anthologies and books of her era. Her career as a writer of children's fiction and her editorial projects concluded with her death in November 1924.
