Sidney Randolph DeLong was a nineteenth-century American politician and pioneer who held the distinction of serving as the first elected mayor of Tucson, Arizona. Winning election to the office in 1871 for a one-year term, DeLong oversaw a foundational period for the municipality, during which the township of Tucson was officially formed using two sections of land purchased from the United States government.

Following his tenure as mayor, DeLong continued to serve the public in a legislative capacity. In 1874, he represented the Tucson area in the 8th Arizona Territorial Legislature, contributing to the early political and civic organization of the Arizona territory.
