Stephen Andrew Rudd was an American attorney and public servant who represented the state of New York in Congress. Born in December 1874, Rudd pursued a career in law before entering electoral politics.
Rudd served as a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing New York's 9th congressional district. His tenure in office began in 1931 and continued until his death in March 1936.
