Martin Jerome Scott (1865–1954) was an American priest of the Society of Jesus of the Roman Catholic Church who established a profile as a religious writer. Throughout his life, Scott authored a diverse body of work that included numerous books, pamphlets, and articles, contributing to the Catholic literary output of his era.
As a member of the Jesuits, Scott's writings were aligned with his clerical duties and religious devotion. Operating from the late nineteenth century through the mid-twentieth century, his publications served to address theological and spiritual matters for his readership.
