James Simpson-Hill (né Simpson) is an English sports figure, coach, and former soldier of the British Army. After his military service, he transitioned into wheelchair rugby league, establishing a prominent career both on the field and from the sidelines. He spent his entire playing career with the Leeds Rhinos in the RFL Wheelchair Super League, a club where he now serves as the head coach.

In addition to his domestic achievements, Simpson-Hill enjoyed an extensive international career representing the England national wheelchair rugby league team. His contributions to the sport were formally recognized in the King's 2023 Birthday Honours, where he was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his dedicated services to wheelchair rugby league football.
