Hanagavadi Siddhaveerappa (1906–1981) was an Indian barrister and politician who became a prominent figure in the political history of the state of Karnataka. As a dedicated member and leader of the Indian National Congress, Siddhaveerappa's career spanned several decades of public service during which he helped shape the governance of his home state. During his tenure in the government of Karnataka, Siddhaveerappa administered a diverse range of portfolios, including Home, Agriculture, Industries, Health, Information, and Municipal Governance. His versatility as an administrator was matched by his legislative influence; between 1970 and 1971, he also served as the leader of the opposition in the Mysore Legislative Assembly, representing a critical voice in the state's democratic processes.
