Judith Steinberg Dean is an American physician based in Burlington, Vermont. Professionally active in the medical field, she is also known for her public role as the First Lady of Vermont, a position she held from 1991 until 2003.
She is married to Howard Dean, the former Governor of Vermont and past chairman of the Democratic National Committee.
