Frederic Jesup Stimson was an American writer and lawyer whose career spanned the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Born in 1855, Stimson balanced his professional endeavors in the legal field with an active dedication to literary writing.\n\nIn addition to his legal and literary work, Stimson engaged in public service at the international level. He served as the United States Ambassador to Argentina from 1915 to 1921, representing American interests abroad before his death in 1943.
