Frank Nicholas Stanton was an American broadcasting executive who helped shape the landscape of mid-20th-century media. He is most notable for his extensive leadership at CBS, where he served as the network's president for twenty-five years, from 1946 to 1971, and later as its vice chairman until 1973.
