Paul Tomlinson is an English former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper during his athletic career. Born in February 1965, Tomlinson established himself in English football through his tenures with Sheffield United, Birmingham City, and Bradford City.

Tomlinson's most notable professional spell was with Bradford City, who signed him from Sheffield United in June 1987 for a club-record fee of £47,500. Replacing Peter Litchfield in goal for the 1987–88 season, Tomlinson went on to set a club record for the most appearances by a Bradford City goalkeeper, playing in 293 matches. Following his retirement from football, he transitioned to other industries, working as a golf coach in Spain and later entering the hospitality sector in the United Kingdom, where he has served as a bar manager in Riddlesden.
