Villamaría is a municipality and town located in the Caldas Department of Colombia. Situated within the country's prominent coffee growing axis, the area is closely associated with Colombia's coffee production heritage. In 2011, Villamaría's cultural and geographic significance was formally recognized when it was included as part of the 'Coffee Cultural Landscape' UNESCO World Heritage Site.
