Gertrude Warden (1859–1925) was an English actress and writer who maintained a prolific literary career alongside her work on the stage. Born Gertrude Isobel Price, she later adopted the married name Mrs. John Wilton Jones, but she chose to publish her extensive body of written work under her theatrical stage name.
Throughout her active years, Warden authored more than thirty novels. Her career reflects the vibrant cultural landscape of the late Victorian and Edwardian eras, during which she successfully navigated the worlds of both performing arts and popular print fiction.
