Sydney Watson (1903–1991) was an English church musician and conductor who dedicated much of his career to the musical life of Oxford. He is best remembered for his prominent leadership roles within the university city's prestigious musical institutions during the mid-twentieth century.

Between 1955 and 1970, Watson served as the organist of Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford. During this same period, he also directed the Oxford Bach Choir, shaping the performance of choral and sacred music in the region.
