Marion St. John Webb (1888–1930), born Marion St John Adcock, was an English author of novels and poetry written specifically for children. Active in the early twentieth century, she made significant contributions to the landscape of children's literature during her lifetime.\n\nWebb is most notably recognized for her creation of the character "The Littlest One." Her poetic and narrative style in these works is widely considered to have presaged the later, famous children's works of A. A. Milne, marking her as an important predecessor in the genre.
