Walter Dwight Wilcox (1869–1949) was an explorer of the North American wilderness, active during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He is best remembered for his pioneering expeditions through the Canadian Rockies, where he dedicated much of his career to documenting the rugged, mountainous landscapes. Wilcox focused his exploration particularly on the Lake Louise region of Canada.
