William Henry Wilkins (1860–1905) was an English author active during the late Victorian era. Writing both under his own name and the pseudonym W. H. de Winton, Wilkins established a literary career focused primarily on historical and biographical subjects, achieving his greatest recognition as a royal biographer. In addition to his biographical and literary pursuits, Wilkins was known for his political involvement, particularly as an active campaigner for immigration controls in the United Kingdom.
