John Collings Willcock was an Australian politician who served as the Premier of Western Australia. As the state leader of the Australian Labor Party (ALP), he held the premier's office from 1936 to 1945. Before embarking on his career in public office, Willcock worked in the transport sector, gaining employment as a railways worker and a train driver.

His political career was defined by his long-term service in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly, where he served as a member from 1916 to 1947. Throughout this thirty-one-year period, he represented the legislative seat of Geraldton. His extensive tenure in parliament and his leadership of the state government established him as a major political figure of his era in Western Australia.
