Mary E. (Ellen) Williamson was an American aviator and educator whose life spanned significant contributions to both military aviation and higher education. During the Second World War, she served as a member of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), a pioneering group of female federal civil service pilots who performed essential aviation duties to support the war effort.

Following her wartime service, Williamson pursued a career in academia. She became a professor of communications, teaching and mentoring students at the University of Nebraska Omaha.
