Daniel Bible Foley, also known by his religious name Theodore Foley, was an American-Italian Roman Catholic priest. He served as the superior general of the Congregation of the Passion of Jesus Christ, leading the religious institute from 1964 until his death in 1974.
Born in 1913, Foley's life and service within the Catholic Church left a lasting impact. Decades after his passing, his spiritual contributions were formally recognized when the cause for his beatification and canonization was officially opened in Rome on May 9, 2008.
