Frank Theodore Woods (1874–1932) was an English clergyman who served as a bishop in the Church of England during the early twentieth century.
Woods's ecclesiastical career included serving as the Bishop of Peterborough from 1916 to 1923. Following this tenure, he was translated to the See of Winchester, where he remained in office until his death in 1932.
