John Wood Hall (1817–1892) was an American merchant and politician from Frederica, located in Kent County, Delaware. Active in public service, Hall was a member of the Democratic Party and represented his constituents in the Delaware General Assembly.

In addition to his legislative service, Hall went on to serve as the Governor of Delaware. Throughout his life, he balanced his political career with his work as a merchant in his home state.
